Our surroundings are very rural and peaceful. We are off the beaten track only 2 miles from Holsworthy and 8 miles from Bude, Cornwall. Dartmoor is only 45 mins away too

Your accomodation is a self contained private part of our farmhouse, with your own entrance and no need to come through main house. A twin bedroom with a large lounge area and shower ensuite. Bright cheery room, freshly decorated which overlooks the lake and wildlife. Your room opens out onto beautiful grounds and a covered veranda partitioned off for your privacy with table and chairs, enjoy breakfast overlooking the garden where fox, deer, rabbits and many different  varieties of birds can be spotted.

There is a BBQ, fridge, microwave, TV-DVD, kettle and toaster.

A continental breakfast is provided in your room: Granola/cornflakes, seeded/brown/white breads and biscuits along with preserves, butter, orange juice, milk/tea/coffee and drinking chocolate for cosy evenings. Cafetiere and ground coffee. Complimentary cream tea on arrival.

Free unlimited time to fish the lake. Please bring your own tackle and bait. There are several species of fish. It is on a catch and release basis.

One adult dog welcome as a guest if well supervised, and paws wiped if dirty please before re-entering the accomodation. Kept on lead when young birds are around as we have baby moor hens and goslings in the spring and summer.
